Each Discounted Prepaid Care Package is solely for individual use and cannot be shared or transferred. Refunds for any unused portion of the Discounted Prepaid Care Package are available upon request. In such cases, the previously applied discount will be voided, and all treatments received prior to the refund will be recalculated at the standard full rate in effect at the time of refund.
